SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By agreeing and consenting to receive SMS text messages, you authorize 3D Financial to deliver transactional and/or marketing text messages to the mobile phone number(s) you have provided. We may contact you for marketing of loan products, application and loan servicing questions, reminders of upcoming payments, collections, or for any other account related issues. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY  and are your responsibility. Message frequency is approximately 1-12 messages per month. You understand the text messages we send may be viewed by anyone with access to your phone. To maintain your privacy, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages. Notify us immediately if you change your mobile number(s).
